摘　　要：为了减少浅圆仓粮食入仓自动分级现象,进一步验证“众”字形防破碎无动力匀料入仓布料器的应用成效,以小麦入仓情况为例,在装有布料器的仓房进行入仓试验,通过试验全面收集粮食在入仓过程中自动形成的杂质分布情况。结果表明:“众”字形防破碎无动力匀料入仓布料器可有效实现粮堆在仓内均匀分布,有效降低自动分级现象,有利于改善粮堆通透性,确保储粮安全。In order to reduce automatic grading phenomenon of the squat silo in grain warehousing and verify in further application results of“crowd”type of anticrushing and unpowered blending material warehousing distributor,the wheat warehousing was taken as an example,warehousing test was carried out in a warehouse equipped with a distributor,distribution of impurities that were automatically formed during grain warehousing was fully collected through experiment in this paper.The results showed that the“crowd”type of shatterproof and unpowered blending material warehousing distributor can effectively realize the uniform distribution of grain stacks in the silo,effectively reduce the phenomenon of automatic classification,improve the permeability of grain stacks,and ensure the safety of grain storage.
