摘  要:本文针对传统工业企业配电智能化水平不高的问题,研发了一套智能配电监控管理系统。采用现场总线代替硬接线来实现通信,极大地节省了电缆,增加了通信效率。智能配电网络系统设置为采集层、处理层、应用层的三层结构,将系统底层的采集数据发送到服务器,经过服务器处理实现智能控制。系统还加入了全景数据分析及发布运行报告功能,设备健康管理,状态检修提示功能,故障处理辅助决策功能等,并开发了部分用户定制化的功能。该系统已经应用到实际工程项目中,对提高工业配电智能化水平具要重要意义。In this paper, a set of intelligent power distribution supervisory and management system is developed to cope with low intelligent level of power distribution in traditional industrial enterprises. Using fieldbus to replace hard wiring to realize communication can greatly save cables, which increases the communication efficiency. The intelligent power distribution network system is divided into three layers: acquisition layer, processing layer and application layer. The undelying collected data of system is sent to the server for intelligent control after processing by the server. The following functions are added into the system: panoramic data analysis and release of operation report, equipment health management, condition based maintenance, and aid decision-making for fault processing. In addition, the function of partial customization for users is also developed. The system has been applied in practical engineering projects,and it is of great significance to improve the intelligent level of industrial power distribution.
