精神科护士的心理资本在压力感知与职业认同间的中介作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析精神科护士心理资本在压力感知和职业认同之间的中介作用,为管理者提高护士职业认同水平提供干预依据。方法:采用便利抽样方法选取辽宁省16家精神专科医院927名护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、压力感知量表、心理资本问卷及职业认同问卷进行调查,应用分层多元回归分析压力感知和心理资本对职业认同的影响,采用Bootstrap法检验心理资本在压力感知与职业认同之间的中介作用。结果:精神科护士压力感知得分为(17.11±5.75)分,心理资本得分为(96.16±18.66)分,职业认同得分为(28.81±7.23)分;心理资本在压力感知与职业认同间中介作用的效应值为-0.148(95%CI:-0.187,-0.113)。结论:精神科护士的心理资本在压力感知与职业认同之间有部分中介效应,可通过增强心理资本提高其职业认同水平。Objective:To explore the role of psychological capital between perceived stress and professional identity among psychiatric nurses,in order to improve the professional identity of psychiatric nurses.Methods:Totally 927 psychiatric nurses were recruited from Psychiatric Hospital in Liaoning Province.The questionnaires used in this study included Perceived Stress Scale-10(PSS-10),Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PCQ),and Occupational Identity Scale(OIS),as well as a demographic data sheet.Hierarchical linear regression was performed to analyze the associations among perceived stress,psychological capital and professional identity.Bootstrap were used to explore the mediating role of psychological capital.Results:The perceived stress score of psychiatric nurses was(17.11±5.75),the psychological capital score was(96.16±18.66),and the professional identity score was(28.81±7.23).The mediating role of psychological capital in the association between perceived stress and professional identity were-0.148(95%CI:-0.187,-0.113).Conclusion:The perceived stress and psychological capital of psychiatric nurses are associated with professional identity.Psychological capital has some intermediary effects between perceived stress and professional identity among psychiatric nurses.Implementing measures focusing on both perceived stress and psychological capital may provide success in improving the professional identity of psychiatric nurses.
