河南省高等学校学科建设现状及路径研究——基于全国第四轮学科评估的数据分析

摘　　要：基于全国第四轮学科评估结果,文章分析了河南省高等学校学科建设现状。经过多年的建设与发展,河南省高等学校学科已具备门类较为齐全、结构较为合理、特色与优势较为明显的特点,为河南省人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承提供了重要保障。但与教育强省相比,河南省学科实力与建设水平尚有较大提升空间。河南省学科建设应立足河南,面向全国,结合河南省产业布局,进一步优化学科结构,凝练学科方向,坚持学科内涵建设与发展。进一步深化高等教育体制评价改革,充分发挥河南省高等学校能动性,促进教育资源的优化重组,打造与建设一批世界一流的优势特色学科群,为实施国家创新驱动的高质量发展战略提供智力支撑。Based on the results of the national fourth-round discipline evaluation,this paper analyzes the current situation of discipline construction in universities of Henan Province.After years'construction and development,the disciplines of universities in Henan have the following characteristics:complete categories,reasonable structure and obvious features and advantages,which provides an important guarantee for personnel training,scientific research,social service and cultural inheritance in Henan Province.However,compared with other educationally powerful provinces,there is still room to improve discipline strength and construction level of Henan Province.The discipline construction should be based on Henan,face the whole country,and combine with the industry layout in Henan Province.Furthermore,it also needs further optimize the discipline structure,concise discipline direction,and adhere to the conno-tation of the construction and development.We should further deepen the evaluation reform of higher education system,fully realize the initiative of colleges and universities in Henan,promote the optimization and reorganization of educational resources,with the aim of creating and building a number of world-class discipline groups with advantages and characteristics,providing intellectual support for implementing high-quality development strategy driven by national innovation.
