健脾止泻汤对结肠癌术后腹泻患者胃肠激素水平和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究中药健脾止泻汤治疗结肠癌术后腹泻患者对胃肠激素水平和生活质量的影响。方法以2019年1月—2020年12月南京市江宁医院消化内科门诊109例结肠癌术后腹泻患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组。对照组54例接受西药治疗,观察组55例在西药基础上应用中药健脾止泻汤治疗。对比两组总有效率、症候积分、胃肠激素水平、生活质量。结果观察组治疗1个月后总有效率为94.55%,明显高于对照组81.48%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.427,P<0.05)。观察组治疗10、20、30 d后症候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.229、6.794、15.899,P<0.05)。观察组治疗1个月后GAS、5-HT、VIP、CCK水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.943、10.490、5.899、8.522,P<0.05)。观察组治疗1个月后KPS评分明显高于对照组,ZPS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.352、11.241,P<0.05)。结论健脾止泻汤治疗结肠癌术后腹泻患者可更明显控制症状,改善胃肠激素水平,提升生活质量,可获得更满意疗效,有广泛应用价值。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Jianpizhixie Decoction on gastrointestinal hormone levels and quality of life in patients with postoperative diarrhea after colon cancer.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,109 patients with postoperative colon cancer diarrhea in the department of gastroenterology,Nanjing Jiangning Hospital were selected as the research object.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.54 cases in the control group received western medicine treatment.55 cases in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine Jianpi Zhixie Decoction on the basis of western medicine,and the total effective rate,symptom score,gastrointestinal hormone level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after 1 month of treatment was 94.55%,which was significantly higher than 81.48%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.427,P<0.05).The symptom scores of the observation group after 10 d,20 d,and 30 d of treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.229,6.794,15.899,P<0.05).The levels of GAS,5-HT,VIP and CCK in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 1 month of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.943,10.490,5.899,8.522,P<0.05).The KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 1 month of treatment,and the ZPS score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.352,11.241,P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Zhixie Decoction can control the symptoms of postoperative colon cancer patients with diarrhea more obviously,improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones,and improve the quality of life.It can obtain more satisfactory curative effect and has a wide range of application value.
