摘　　要：优化人才培养体系,提高人才培养质量是当前医学院校深化供给侧改革的主要任务。地方医学院校适切大健康背景下社会及行业需求,按照康复类专业“培养什么人-怎样培养人-如何保障人才培养质量”逻辑思路,从专业结构布局、人才培养方式改革、人才培养质量保障3个维度进行综合改革,对新形势下康复类专业人才培养体系进行有益探索。Optimizing talent cultivation mode and improving students cultivation quality are main tasks of deepening the supply-side revolution for current medical colleges.The local medical colleges adapt to social and industry demands under health background,based on the logic of"what kind of talents-how to cultivate talents-how to guarantee cultivation quality"of the rehabilitation major,to implement a comprehensive reform through program structure layouts,the talent cultivation reform and the talent cultivation quality guarantee,and to explore medical talent cultivation system under new situation.
