Dycal和光固化氢氧化钙在深龋间接盖髓术治疗中的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探究Dycal和光固化氢氧化钙应用在深龋间接盖髓术患者治疗中的临床价值。方法该次研究对象都取自笔者在安徽省和县中医院工作时2018年8月—2021年3月期间接受深龋间接盖髓术治疗的100例患者,共168颗患牙进行研究。采用随机数字表法对上述纳入对象进行平均分组,每组50例患者,84颗患牙。予对照组患者DMG光固化型氢氧化钙治疗,予观察组患者Dycal盖髓术治疗。对两组患者进行为期1年的随访,仔细记录两组患者治疗失败与成功例数,评估患者治疗前后疼痛程度,记录患者治疗时间。结果观察组患牙治疗成功率(94.05%)较对照组(92.86%)略高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组VAS评分(1.96±0.35)分及治疗时间(3.41±0.62)d显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.601,60.149,P<0.05)。结论Dycal和光固化氢氧化钙都可以应用在深龋间接盖髓术治疗患者中,效果都较好,安全性也较高,但是相比之下,Dycal间接盖髓术治疗时间更短,且患者敏感发生率更低,可作为临床理想的治疗方式进行推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of Dycal and light-cured calcium hydroxide in the treatment of patients with deep caries indirect pulp capping.Methods The subjects of the study were all collected from 100 patients who received indirect caries occlusion during the period of August 2018 to March 2021 when the author was working in Anhui Hexian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,with a total of 168 diseased teeth for research.The random number table method was used to divide the above-mentioned subjects into groups evenly.There were 50 patients and 84 teeth in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with DMG light-curing calcium hydroxide,and patients in the observation group were treated with Dycal pulp capping.The two groups of patients were followed up for one year,and the number of treatment failures and successes in the two groups was carefully recorded,the pain level of the patients before and after the treatment was evaluated,and the treatment time of the patients was recorded.Results The success rate of offending teeth treatment in the observation group(94.05%)was slightly higher than that of the control group(92.86%),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The VAS score(1.96±0.35)points and treatment time(3.41±0.62)d of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.601,60.149,P<0.05).Conclusion Both Dycal and light-cured calcium hydroxide can be used in the treatment of patients with deep caries indirect pulp capping,with good results and high safety.However,in contrast,Dycal indirect pulp capping has shorter treatment time and lower susceptibility rate in patients.It can be promoted and applied as an ideal clinical treatment.
