摘 要:为了验证某大型豪华邮轮蒸汽系统的设计方案的合理性,依据邮轮蒸汽系统设计方案,采用Flowmaster软件建立了某邮轮蒸汽系统的一维管网模型。研究表明,稳态仿真数据与设计参数误差范围均在±5%以内,蒸汽管网设计方案能够满足系统各设备用汽需求。在发电机定负荷和变负荷过程中,热水量发生改变,热水温度短时间内稳定在设定温度。主管网压力随热水量和蒸汽量的变化发生波动,波动幅度较小。改变燃油锅炉蒸汽量稳压效果优于控制汽轮机管路阀门开度,燃油锅炉距离稳压点越近,稳压效果越好。In order to verify the rationality of the design scheme of a large luxury cruise steam system,according to the design scheme of cruise steam system,a one-dimensional pipe network model of a cruise steam system is established by using Flowmaster software.The results show that the errors of steady-state simulation data and design parameters are within±5%,the design of steam pipe network can meet steam demand of each equipment in the system.In the process of constant load and variable load,hot water quantity changes,hot water temperature is stable at the set temperature in a short time.The pressure of main pipe network fluctuates with the change of hot water quantity and steam quantity,and the fluctuation range is small.The effect of changing the steam quantity of oil fired boiler is better than controlling the valve opening of steam turbine pipeline.The closer the oil fired boiler is to the pressure stabilizing point,the better the pressure stabilizing effect is.
