摘  要:目的分析山东省公立医院医师工作满意度影响因素,为改善山东省公立医院医师工作满意度提出可行建议。方法采用短式明尼苏达满意度量表MSQ、人口学信息调查表和影响因素调查表对医师进行调查,对数据进行统计描述、单因素分析,采用多重线性回归分析来探讨医生工作满意度的主要影响因素。结果调查医院医生总体工作满意度均分为(3.63±0.60),其中单项得分最低的项目为实际年收入。影响医师工作总体满意度的因素主要包括医患关系、兼顾工作与家庭、实际年收入、学习和深造的机会、是否有值班休息室、是否有换工作的想法、医院餐食情况。结论建议加强医院后勤配置管理,优化工作与薪酬分配,改善医生执业环境,重视医院人才培训。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of job satisfaction of doctors in public hospitals and put forward feasible suggestions for improving job satisfaction of doctors in public hospitals in Shandong Province.Method:The short Minnesota satisfaction scale MSQ,demographic information questionnaire and influencing factor questionnaire were used to investigate the doctors.The data were statistically described;single factor analysis was conducted;and multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the main influencing factors of doctors’job satisfaction.Result:The overall job satisfaction of doctors in the surveyed hospitals was divided into(3.63±0.60),and the item with the lowest score was actual annual income.The factors influencing the overall job satisfaction of physicians mainly include doctor-patient relationship,balance between work and family,actual annual income,opportunities for study and further education,a duty lounge,the idea of changing jobs,and hospital meals.Conclusion:It is suggested to strengthen hospital logistics configuration management,optimize work and salary distribution,improve the practice environment of doctors and pay attention to hospital personnel training.
