云南省住院医师规范化培训公共理论培训效果评价及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解云南省住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)公共理论培训的效果,为完善理论培训提供参考依据。方法采取分层抽样抽取云南省6家住培基地541名住培学员为调查对象,进行公共理论培训效果评价问卷调查。采用χ^(2)检验、二分类logistic回归进行分析。结果有343(64.47%)名住培学员认为当前公共理论培训培训效果好。经χ^(2)检验和logistic回归分析,年龄、规培基地性质、是否执业医师证、对规培政策的态度及培养目标认知是影响公共理论培训效果的因素(P<0.05)。结论云南省住培公共理论培训的效果相对较好,但是未来仍需不断完善配套政策、提高住培学员对培训政策的认知程度,以此进一步提高住培的效果评价。Objective:To understand the effect of standardized training for resident physicians(hereinafter referred to as“residential training”)and public theoretical training in Yunnan Province,and provide reference for the improvement of theoretical training.Method:Stratified sampling was used to select 541 students from 6 residential training bases in Yunnan Province to conduct a questionnaire survey on the effect evaluation of public theory training.χ^(2) test and binary logistic regression were used for the analysis.Result:343(64.47%)residents think the current public theory training is good.χ^(2) test and logistic regression analysis showed that age,nature of training base,medical practitioner certificate,attitude to training policy and cognition of training goal were the factors influencing the effect of public theory training(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of residential training public theory training in Yunnan Province is good,but it is necessary to continuously perfect matched policy and improve the awareness of the training policy in the future,so as to further improve the effect evaluation of residential training.
