摘　　要：作为口腔种植治疗的相对禁忌证,糖尿病可严重限制口腔种植技术的应用。糖尿病状态常可致血管和骨组织的继发病变,对种植治疗产生不利影响,导致治疗失败率升高。因此,如何对糖尿病患者进行种植治疗,成为困扰口腔医师的难题。作者基于多年对糖尿病患者进行口腔种植治疗的研究与临床诊疗经验,参考目前这一主题的相关研究进展,从糖尿病患者的临床特点和诊疗要点两方面进行论述,以期为临床提供参考。Diabetes mellitus is a relative contraindication of dental implant therapy,that limits the application of implant therapy severely.Diabetic status often leads to secondary vascular and bone lesions,which affect treatment adversely and lead to an increased failure rate.Therefore,how to implement implant therapy for diabetic patients has become a difficult question for dentists.According to the research and experience over the years on diabetic patients,and referring to the current research progress on this topic,the authors will discuss the clinical characteristics of diabetic patients and the details of treatment process,for reference.
