循环经济背景下家具企业商业模式转型分析——以IKEA为例

摘　　要：社会经济的高速发展滋生了资源、环境和气候等诸多问题,隶属传统制造行业的家具企业应该秉承可持续的发展理念,创新资源、废料回收再利用模式,积极思考如何转型升级。从循环经济产生的背景入手,分析家居零售商IKEA的发展背景和战略转型;结合循环经济商业模式的研究,用设计思维整合技术与商业,提出针对基于年轻群体新兴市场的家具初创企业商业模式的建议,给现代家具企业发展指出新的发展方向的可能性和必要性。The rapid development of social economy breeds many problems such as resources,environment and climate.Furniture enterprises belonging to the traditional manufacturing industry should uphold the concept of sustainable development,innovate resources and waste recycling mode,and should think actively about how to transform and upgrade.Starting from the background of circular economy,this paper analyzed the development background and strategic transformation of IKEA.Combined with the research on the business model of circular economy,this paper integrates technology and business with design thinking,and puts forward some suggestions on the business model of furniture start-ups in emerging markets based on young groups,which brings the possibility and necessity of new development direction for the development of modern furniture enterprises.
