摘 要:无患子种壳和种仁具有分离的应用需求,为解决种壳坚硬和破壳飞溅问题,采用臼齿咀嚼的仿生原理,发明了一种Y形对辊式无患子种子破壳机。对其破壳过程最大受力情况进行了有限元分析,投产试制了样机,并对其进行了无患子种子破壳性能测试。研究结果表明,Y形对辊式无患子种子破壳机的构思是可行的。该装置种子破壳率可达100%,其中高度破壳的种子占73.3%以上,对不同直径的无患子种子均能实现高效破壳。该装置能够较好地实现无患子种子的破壳功能,从而便于进行后续分离工艺,推动了无患子加工产业机械化。The seed shells and kernels of Sapindus have the application need for separation,in order to solve the problem of hard shells and splashing,a Y-roller type Sapindus seed breaker was invented by using the bionic principle of molar chewing.Finite element analysis on the maximum force during shell-breaking was carried out,and the prototype was put into production to execute the performance test of Sapindus seeds for breaking.The test results show that the concept of the Y-roller type Sapindus seed breaker is feasible.The device can break 100% of the seeds,of which more than 73.3% of the seeds are highly broken,and it can efficiently break Sapindus seeds of all different diameters.The device can well achieve the function of breaking the seed shell of Sapindus seeds,thus facilitating the subsequent separation process and promoting the mechanization of Sapindus processing industry.
