经脐减孔腹腔镜手术与传统腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较经脐减孔腹腔镜手术与传统腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年11月到2017年11月收治的120例直肠癌患者,按照手术方式的不同分为对照组(传统腹腔镜手术)与观察组(经脐减孔腹腔镜手术)各60例。比较两组的手术效果。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组的排气时间、进流食时间均短于对照组,疼痛程度低于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论经脐减孔腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌的手术时间短,疼痛程度轻,术后并发症少。Objective To compare the clinical effects of transumbilical reduced-hole laparoscopic surgery and traditional laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods 120 cases of patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into the control group(traditional laparoscopic surgery)and the observation group(transumbilical reduced-hole laparoscopic surgery)according to different surgical methods,with 60 cases in each group.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss amount was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the exhaust time and intake time of liquid diets of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the pain degree was lower than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 16.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Transumbilical reduced-hole laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of rectal cancer has short operation time,mild pain degree and few postoperative complications.
