马尔康市1起沙门菌所致食物中毒的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的调查分析由农村寿宴引起的食物中毒的原因和危险因素,提出有效的控制措施。方法对2020-09-06马尔康市发生的1起腹泻疫情进行流行病学调查和实验室检测,采用EpiInfo 7.1软件进行χ^(2)检验、单因素Logistic回归分析,检验水准α=0.05。结果共搜索到29例病例,罹患率为16.86%(29/172),病例的主要临床表现为腹痛(93.10%)、腹泻(72.41%)、发热(68.97%)和恶心(55.17%);流行曲线显示点源暴露,病例对照和分层分析结果显示凉拌鸡(OR=16.20,95%CI:4.66~56.28)为可疑食物;4名患者样本、刘姓帮厨以及剩余菜品"凉拌鸡"均检出沙门菌。结论此次暴发疫情是1起因食用被沙门菌污染的凉拌鸡引起的食物中毒,建议加强对农村自办宴席的监督和检查。Objective To investigate and analyze the causes and risk factors of food poisoning caused by a rural birthday banquet aiming to put forward effective control measures.Methods Epidemiological investigation and laboratory testing of a diarrhoea outbreak were conducted in Maerkang County on6 September 2020.Chi-square tests and univariate Logistic regression analysis were performed by using EpiInfo 7.1 software,and the significance level was set at P<0.05.Results A total of 29 cases were found,and the incidence rate was 16.86%(29/172).The main clinical manifestations were abdominal pain(93.10%),abdominal discharge(72.41%),fever(68.97%)and nausea(55.17%).The results of case-control and stratified analysis showed that cold chicken(OR=16.20,95%CI:4.66~56.28)was a suspicious food.Salmonella was detected in 4 patient samples,the chef surnamed Liu and the remaining dish“cold chicken”.Conclusion The outbreak is a food poisoning caused by cold chicken contaminated with Salmonella.It is recommended to strengthen supervision and inspection of self-hosted banquets in rural areas.
