摘　　要：目的:探讨以银离子敷料为主早期干预对乳腺癌根治术后切口愈合的临床效果,以及影响切口愈合的相关因素。方法:将2019年3月~2020年12月本院收治的乳腺癌术后患者56例随机分为试验组和对照组各28例,试验组采用以银离子敷料为主早期干预的方法,对照组采用传统换药,比较两组治疗效果,分析影响切口愈合的相关因素。结果:试验组切口平均愈合时间、换药次数显著少于对照组(P<0.05);通过量化值方式评估试验组第14、21天切口愈合情况结果,试验组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。影响切口愈合的危险因素为切口皮瓣高张力、引流管放置时间长、存在皮下积液,保护因素为对切口予以及早有效的处理。结论:以银离子敷料为主早期干预能够有效促进切口愈合、改善生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of silver dressing as the main early intervention method on wound healing after breast cancer surgery and related factors affecting wound healing.Methods:The 56 postoperative breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=28)and observation group(n=28).The experimental group adopted early intervention method with silver dressing as the mainstay,and the observation group adopted the traditional dressing change method.The therapeutic effects of the two methods were compared and the related factors affecting wound healing were analyzed.Results:The average wound healing time and the number of dressing changes in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the observation group(P<0.05);the results of the wound healing in the experimental group on the 14 th and 21 st days were evaluated by means of quantitative values,the score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The risk factors that affect wound healing were the high tension of the incision flap,the long-time of drainage tube placement and the presence of subcutaneous fluid.Protective factor was providing early and effective treatment of the wound incision.Conclusion:The method of early intervention with silver dressing as the mainstay can promote wound healing and improve the quality of life.
