摘　　要：通过对《黄帝内经》和五运六气理论的系统学习,笔者认为传承和发展《黄帝内经》的关键是——创建《黄帝内经》"三因观"理论。《黄帝内经》"三因观"理论是《黄帝内经》全书的理论主体;《黄帝内经》"三因观"理论的三大关键组成,即因天观——五运六气、因地观——五志六淫、因人观——五体六质;《黄帝内经》"三因观"理论形成的核心为融合天、地、人三因素(时间、空间、人身三因素)为一体的五运六气理论。Through the systematic study of huangdi Neijing and the theory of five transport and six Qi,the author holds that the key to inheriting and developing Huangdi Neijing is to establish the theory of"three causes".The theory of three causes is the theoretical main body of huangdi Neijing.The three key components of the theory of"three causes"in Huangdi Neijing are:the view of heaven--five movement and six qi;the view of earth--five wills and six whoredom;the view of man--five bodies and six qualities;The core of the theory of"Three factors"in Huangdi Neijing is the theory of five transport and six qi,which integrates the three factors of heaven,earth and human(time,space and human).
