河北省非医务人员心肺复苏认知度的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解河北省公众对心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)技术的认知现状及其影响因素,为开展全民CPR技术的推广及制定针对性培训策略和方案提供参考。方法采取网上问卷调查方式,自行设计河北省非医务人员公众CPR知识和态度调查表,收集和整理了河北省2203名非医务人员公众的相关资料。结果听过CPR者占全部人数的90.4%;接受过CPR培训者仅占调查总人数的39.6%;知识得分合格率为33.5%,态度得分合格率为89.6%。被调查者的性别、学历、职业、年收入、本人及家属的患病情况、是否听说过CPR、是否接受过CPR培训与CPR的知识得分均有不同程度的相关性;被调查者的学历、年收入、是否听说过CPR、是否接受过CPR培训与被调查者的CPR态度有不同程度的相关性;CPR不同知识条目的正确率存在明显不同,在态度相关答卷中,对各条目也存在不同的态度。结论河北省非医务人员公众对CPR的学习有很高的积极性,但CPR知识方面相对匮乏。Objective To understanding the cognitive status and influencing factors of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)among Hebei people,so as to provide reference for the promotion of CPR and the formulation of the targeted training strategy and program.Methods The questionnaire of CPR knowledge and attitude of non-medical personnel in Hebei province was designed by ourselves,and through online questionnaire.The data of 2203 non-medical person⁃nel in Hebei province were collected and sorted out.Results 90.4%of the patients had heard CPR;only 39.6%of the respondents received CPR training.The pass rate of knowledge score and attitude score was 33.5%and 89.6%respec⁃tively.The respondents'gender,education background,occupation,annual income,illness of themselves and their fam⁃ilies,whether they had heard of CPR,and whether they had received CPR training all had different degrees of correla⁃tion with the score of CPR knowledge.The respondents'education,annual income,heard of CPR and received CPR training were correlated with their attitudes in different degrees.There were significant differences in the accuracy rates of different CPR knowledge items,and there were also different attitudes towards each item in the attitudinal questions.Conclusion People have a high enthusiasm for CPR learning,but the knowledge of CPR is relatively deficient.
