摘 要:目的探讨3D打印技术在颅内浅部肿瘤定位中的应用。方法收集2019-09—2020-12手术治疗的颅内浅部肿瘤13例,其中脑膜瘤8例、胶母细胞瘤2例、转移瘤3例;大脑凸面肿瘤7例,大脑镰旁肿瘤6例。将患者颅脑薄层CT或MRI(层厚≤1 mm)以DICOM格式进行刻盘存档,作为颅内浅部肿瘤原始数据,应用Mimics软件重建出肿瘤体表投影,然后通过3D打印出导板。术前将3D打印导板置于术区进行肿瘤定位。结果13例均设计成功并打印出个体化导板,术中验证后均可准确定位,肿瘤均达到全切。结论3D打印技术可用于颅内浅部肿瘤术前精准定位。Objective To explore the application of 3D printing technology in the localization of intracranial superficial tumors.Methods From September 2019 to December 2020,13 cases of superficial intracranial tumor,8 cases of meningioma,2 cases of glioblastoma,and 3 cases of metastatic tumor were collected,including 7 cases of cerebral convex tumor and 6 cases of cerebral falx tumor.The 2D image data obtained from CT or MRI thin-slice scan of the patient's brain were archived in DICOM format,and used as the original data of shallow intracranial tumors.The 3D image was reconstructed by Mimics software,and the 3D guide plate was finally printed by 3D printing.The 3D-printed guide plate was placed in the operative area before surgery for tumor localization.Results Individualized 3D printing guide plates were successfully designed and printed in 13 cases,and the intraoperative verification could accurately locate the tumor,and the tumor was completely cut.Conclusion 3D printing technology can be used for accurate preoperativ positioning of superficial intracranial tumors.
