摘　　要：目的探讨检测异常糖链糖蛋白(TAP)对肾恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2017-04—2018-08于河南省人民医院泌尿外科行手术治疗并经术后病理学检查确诊的97例肾肿瘤患者的临床及病理学资料。以术后病理学检查结果为"金标准",评价检测TAP对肾恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。结果将术后病理学检查结果为肾恶性肿瘤的60例作为阳性,肾良性病变的37例作为阴性。术前TAP的阳性准确率为91.67%,阴性准确率为24.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。TAP检测诊断肾恶性肿瘤的灵敏度为91.67%,特异度为75.68%。阳性预测值为85.94%、阴性预测值为84.85%,总符合率为85.57%。结论检测TAP用于肾恶性肿瘤的诊断,有较高的准确率、灵敏度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of tumor abnormal protein(TAP)in the diagnosis of renal malignant tumor.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 97 patients who underwent surgical treatment and were confirmed by pathology in Henan provincial people’s Hospital from April 2017 to August 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.The value of preoperative TAP detection in the diagnosis of the renal masses were evaluated,referring to the pathological examination as the gold standard.Results There were 60 cases of malignant tumors and 37 cases of benign masses in the participants.The positive rate of TAP detection in malignant tumor patients was 91.67%,which was higher than 24.32%in the benign tumor patients(P<0.001).The sensitivity,and specificity of TAP for the diagnosis of renal malignancy were 91.67%and 75.68%respectively.The positive predictive value was 85.94%,the negative predictive value was 84.85%,and the total consistent rate was 85.57%(P<0.001).Conclusion TAP detection has high accuracy,sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value.And this test will have a good reference value in the diagnosis of renal malignant tumor.
