摘　　要：目的探讨与儿童和青少年口腔颌面部恶性病变患者父母健康相关的生活质量(HRQOL)、焦虑、抑郁以及痛苦水平。方法选取2015-01—2018-06在郑州大学第一附属医院接受治疗的78例儿童和青少年口腔颌面部恶性病变的父母。采用测量生活质量(QOL)的健康状况调查问卷简表-36(MOS SF-36)、焦虑和抑郁量表(HADS)和痛苦温度计(DT-P)分析患者父母的HRQOL和心理社会问题。结果在这3份问卷中,我们发现患者母亲比父亲经历了更高程度的抑郁和痛苦。结论希望这项研究能够作为一种有益的提醒,建议医生在治疗中更多地关注到口腔颌面部恶性病变儿童和青少年患者的母亲。Objective The incidence of oral and maxillofacial malignant lesions in children and adolescents is increasing worldwide.Children and adolescent parents with malignant oral and maxillofacial lesions may experience a range of problems due to the child's illness and treatment.However,there is little literature on the quality of life and psychosocial problems of the parents of the patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant lesions in children and adolescents.Therefore,the aim of this paper is to explore the health-related quality of life(HRQOL),anxiety,depression,and distress levels of the parents of these patients.Methods This study was conducted in parents of oral and maxillofacial malignant lesions in children and adolescents treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between 2015 and 2018 with 78 records from patients aged 0-19 and comprehensively analyzed simultaneously parental quality of life and psychosocial problems using Medical.Results Study Brief Table 36(MOS SF-36),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and pain thermometer(DT-P).Results In these three questionnaires,we found that mothers experienced a higher degree of depression and distress than their fathers.Conclusion We hope that this study will serve as a useful reminder to physicians to pay more attention to mothers of oral and maxillofacial malignancy in children and adolescents,based on depression and distress.
