摘　　要：目的了解知信行理论模式在肿瘤科护士预立医疗照护计划(advance care planning,ACP)沟通培训中的应用效果。方法采用前后对照研究方法,运用知信行模式,从知识、信念与行为3方面对60名肿瘤科护士进行为期4w的规范化培训,于培训前后评估护士ACP认知、沟通态度及自我效能的差异。结果培训后肿瘤科护士ACP的认知总分(28.01±2.69)分、沟通态度总分(56.03±2.55)分及沟通自我效能总分(59.72±8.57)分均高于培训前(17.25±4.42)分、(47.27±2.77)分、(53.35±6.78)分,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为23.104、6.187、11.734,均P<0.05)。结论运用知信行理论模式对肿瘤科护士进行培训,可在一定程度上提高其ACP的认知、沟通态度及自我效能,将有利于推动ACP在临床工作中的进一步开展。Objective To explore the effect of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)theory on the training of communications in advanced care planning(ACP)for the specialist nurses in oncology.Methods Sixty nurses from the Department of Oncology were trained with KAP for 4 weeks.The cognition,attitude and self-efficacy on ACP were evaluated before and after the training.Results The total scores of cognition(28.01±2.69),attitude(56.03±2.55)and self-efficacy(59.72±8.57)of the nurses in oncology department after training were higher than those before traimng(17.25±4.42)、(47.27±2.77)and(53.35±6.78),and the difference was statistically significant(t=23.104、6.187、11.734,P<0.05).Conclusions KAP can improve the cognition,attitude and self-efficacy of the specialist nurses in oncology on ACP to a certain extent,and it promotes the ACP to be further applied in clinical works.
