摘　　要：〔目的〕研究蒸汽爆破处理前后杜仲木脂素类成分的变化。〔方法〕采用紫外分光光度法测定总木脂素的含量,高效液相色谱法测定松脂素二葡萄糖苷、丁香脂素二葡萄糖苷、中脂素二葡萄糖苷,丁香脂素、松脂素、中脂素的含量。〔结果〕与爆破前相比,爆破处理后杜仲总木脂素含量降低,木脂素苷的含量也明显降低,但是苷元的含量明显升高。〔结论〕蒸汽爆破处理后杜仲木脂素类成分的结构和含量均发生了明显的变化。[Objective]To study the changes of lignans in Eucommia ulmoides before and after steam explosion.[Methods]Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total lignans,HPLC was used to determine the contents of pinoresinol diglucoside,syringaresnol diglucoside,(+)-medioresinol4,4-O-di-β-D-glucopyranoside,syringaresinol,pinoresinol and(+)-mediaresinol.[Results]The content of total lignans and lignan glycosides in steam exploded sample decreased significantly,but the content of aglycone increased significantly.[Conclusion]The structure and content of lignans in E.ulmoides changed obviously after steam explosion.
