摘　　要：目的了解昆明市男男性行为者(MSM)中跨性别者性病艾滋病相关知识及行为,为下一步开展适宜的健康干预提供依据。方法选取2019年4月至7月云南省昆明市45名MSM中的跨性别者作为研究对象。通过自制问卷,在知情同意的情况下通过社群关键人物推介,一对一推送电子问卷进行调查。结果符合入组要求并完成调查的受访者共45名,平均年龄31岁,汉族占75.6%。其中60.0%的受访者表示不同程度地处理了自己的生理性别表达;58.7%的受访者表示无固定性伴;80.0%的受访者表示最近6个月是多性伴;安全套的使用率不足一半。受访者对性病艾滋病有一定的了解。结论MSM中的跨性别者需要更有针对性的性病艾滋病预防相关知识提升及行为干预的多元化综合服务。Objective To understand the knowledge and behavior of STD/AIDS prevention among thetransgender group in MSM in Kunming,and provide evidence for further intervention.Methods From April 2019 to July 2019,45 transgender men who have sex with men in Kunming,Yunnan Province were selected to conduct aninvestigation by one-to-one self-designed questionnaire.Results 45 respondents met the requirements for inclusionand completed the survey,with an average age of 31,and 75.6%were Han nationality.Among them,60.0% respondents indicated that they had transformed their biological gender expression to some extent,58.7%respondentssaid there was no fixed sexual partner,80.0%respondents said they had multiple sexual partners in the last6 months,less than half of them used condoms during penetrative sex.Interviewees have some knowledge of STD/AIDS.Conclusions Targeted effective intervention is necessary to improve STD/AIDS prevention knowledgeand behavior among TG in MSM.
