摘 要:试验通过建立景观水模型,探究了木聚糖酶在不同作用条件下对景观水化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)的降低效果。结果表明作用时间、温度、酶浓度一定时,pH值7.0时COD降低19.19 mg·L^(-1),去除率可达9.84%;pH值、酶浓度、温度一定时,作用时长11 h时COD降低19.36 mg·L^(-1),去除率可达10.86%;pH值、作用时间、温度一定时,酶浓度3 IU·L^(-1)时COD降低31.97 mg·L^(-1),去除率可达17.02%;pH值、酶浓度、作用时间一定时,55℃时COD降低18.16 mg·L^(-1),去除率可达9.39%;酶浓度4 IU·L^(-1)、温度50℃、作用时间11 h,COD降低57.06 mg·L^(-1),去除率可达29.53%。因此,木聚糖酶在一定条件下能够高效降解景观水中部分有机物,有望联合其它水处理工艺,进一步提高景观水的修复效率。The reduction effect of xylanase on the COD of landscape water was explored under different conditions by establishing a simulated landscape sewage model in this experiment.When the reaction time,temperature,and enzyme concentration were constant,the COD decreased by 19.19 mg·L^(-1)at pH 7.0,and the reduction rate could reach 9.84%;when the pH,enzyme concentration,and temperature were constant,the COD was decreased by 19.36mg·L^(-1)at 11 hours,and the reduction rate could reach 10.86%;when the pH,reaction time,and temperature were constant,the COD decreased by 31.97mg·L^(-1)at 3IU·L^(-1)and the reduction rate could reach 17.02%;when the pH,enzyme concentration and reaction time were constant,the COD decreased by 18.16 mg·L^(-1)at 55℃,and the reduction rate could reach 9.39%;The optimal conditions for xylanase were enzyme concentration 4 IU·L^(-1),temperature 50℃,and reaction time 11h.The COD could decrease by 57.06 mg·L^(-1),and the highest reduction rate could reach 29.53%.The results showed that xylanase can efficiently degrade some organic matter in landscape water under certain condition,and it is expected to be combined with other water treatment processes to further improve the restoration efficiency of landscape water.
