摘　　要：人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)持续感染是宫颈鳞状细胞癌及腺癌发生的主要病因,90%以上的宫颈癌患者可检测出高危型HPV16型及18型感染。宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌是一种发病率低,侵袭性高且预后较差的宫颈原发性恶性肿瘤,其与HPV感染之间的相关性尚不明确。本文报道1例HPV18型感染相关的宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌合并原位腺癌及鳞状细胞原位癌的罕见病例,对其诊疗过程进行了详细阐述,并结合相关文献对宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌与HPV感染之间的相关性进行了进一步的讨论。Persistent infection of human papillomavirus(HPV) is the main cause of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma,and more than 90% of cervical cancer patients can be detected with infections of high-risk HPV16 and HPV18.Cervical small-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma is a malignant primary cervical tumor with low incidence,high invasiveness and poor prognosis.Its correlation with HPV infection is still unclear.Here,we report a rare case of HPV18 infection related small-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix combined with adenocarcinoma in situ and squamous cell carcinoma in situ,and describe the diagnosis and treatment of this disease in detail.Additionally,we reviewed the literature to discuss the association between small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix and HPV infection.
