摘  要:历经20多年的持续改革与实践,西北农林科技大学应用化学专业结合学校办学定位与人才培养使命,以立德树人为根本,形成了"与农林学科交叉,以秦巴山区生物资源化学研究为主导"的专业特色,创立了"本研贯通、产学研融合、化学与农林交叉"的人才培养体系,构建了适合专业发展的新型课程教学体系。本文详细介绍了应用化学专业在人才培养模式探索与构建、课程教学体系改革与构建、师资队伍建设与培养、课程思政设计与建设等方面采取的举措以及取得的成效。After more than 20 years of continuous reform and practice,combined with the running orientation of our university and the mission of talent training,based on building morality and cultivating people,the major of applied chemistry of Northwest A & F University has formed the professional feature of “overlapping with agriculture and forestry disciplines and dominated by the study of chemical constituents of biological resources in Qinba Mountain Area”,established a talent training system of “the connection of undergraduate and graduate training,the integration of industry,university,and research,and the intersection of chemistry and agriculture & Forestry”,and constructed a novel curriculum teaching system suitable for the major development.Herein,we thoroughly expound the measures and the achievements of applied chemistry major in several aspects,such as the exploration and construction of talent training mode,the reform and construction of curriculum teaching system,the construction and cultivation of teaching staff,the design and construction of ideological and political curriculum.
