摘　　要：On September 8,2021 the China Petrochemical Corporation(SINOPEC)had signed an agreement on licensing the package technology for manufacture of 300 kt/a propylene oxide(PO)using the HPPO method to the North Huajin United Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.(NHUPC),symbolizing that SINOPEC is for the first time licensing its package technology for manufacturing PO using the HPPO method.The package technology of the HPPO process is jointly developed in nearly 20 years by the SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing(RIPP),the SINOPEC Changling Branch Company.
