摘 要:直升机吊挂飞行时,为减少旋翼桨毂载荷,提高桨毂使用寿命,挂点位置的选取至关重要。基于已有的直升机飞行动力学模型,添加吊挂系统模块,假设吊挂为质点,建立了直升机吊挂飞行动力学模型,并利用试飞数据进行了验证。利用该模型,研究了水平前飞时挂点位置纵、垂向变化对桨毂载荷的影响。结果表明:当飞行速度相同,挂点位置只有纵向变化时,桨毂载荷随挂点位置纵向变化的趋势,与无吊挂时桨毂载荷随直升机重心纵向变化的趋势一致;当飞行速度相同,挂点位置低于直升机重心,且只有垂向变化时,挂点至重心垂向距离越大,其桨毂载荷越大,且呈现线性关系,不同速度的线性关系斜率不同,但斜率与速度呈现二次函数关系。In order to reduce the load of rotor hub of helicopter flying with slung load and improve its service life,the selection of slung load position is very important.Based on the existing helicopter flight dynamics model,adding the module of slung load,assuming that the slung was a particle,the helicopter-slung-load flight dynamics model was established and verified by using the relevant test data.Based on this model,the influence of the vertical and longitudinal changes of the slung load position on load of rotor hub was studied for forward flight.The results showed that when the flight speed was the same and the slung load position changed only longitudinally,the longitudinal variation trend of the load with the position was consistent with the longitudinal variation trend of the load with the gravity center of the helicopter when there was no slung load.When the flight speed was the same,the position was lower than the gravity center of the helicopter and changes only vertically,the greater the vertical distance from the position to the gravity center,the greater the load and presented a linear relationship.The slope of the linear relationship of different speeds was different,but the slope presented a quadratic function relationship with the speed.
