摘 要:针对某型直升机电传飞控系统飞行前自检测(PBIT)报出故障后,直升机不允许飞行的一般规定有可能导致战时或紧急情况下直升机任务失败的问题,进行了电传飞控系统PBIT报故状态下的放飞策略探讨。从电传飞控系统基于安全性考虑的架构设计出发,分析了电传飞控系统多余度架构具备的容错能力;从系统功能危险分析和故障模式影响分析等角度,指出了并非所有电传飞控系统故障都影响飞控系统的安全性,因此存在带故障飞行的可能性。针对电传飞控系统PBIT报出的各种故障,分别开展系统安全性影响程度分析,综合开展放飞影响性探讨。Aiming at the problem about the general provisions that the helicopter would not allowed to fly after pre-built-in-test(PBIT)’s failure may lead to the failure of task in wartime or emergency situation,the release strategy under such fly-by-wire system PBIT failure status was discussed.This article analyzed the fault tolerance of multiple redundant fly-by-wire flight control system based on the architectural design for safety consideration.The analysis from perspective of the system functional danger and failure mode impact pointed that not all the failure of fly-by-wire flight control system would affect the safety of flight control system.Therefore,there was a possibility of flying with PBIT failure.According to failures from fly-by-wire flight control system PBIT,this paper carried out targeted analysis of the impact of system safety,comprehensive effects about release strategy were discussed.
