护士职业价值观现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查护士职业价值观的现状,分析护士职业价值观的影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士专业自我概念量表和护士职业价值观量表对2019年3月广东省参加护理学术会议的320名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士职业价值观得分为100.7±14.36分,多重线性回归分析结果显示护士专业自我概念、护理与职业兴趣符合程度、家庭对工作支持程度是临床护士职业价值感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护士职业价值观处于中等水平,护理管理者应针对影响因素加强引导,提升护理人员专业自我概念和职业价值观水平,稳定护理队伍,为护理质量的提高提供保障。Objective To investigate the nurses’professional value situation and analysis the influencing factors.Methods In March 2019,320 nurses who attended the nursing academic meeting in Guangdong province were explored by general data questionnaire,nurse professional self-concept scale and nurse professional values scale.Results The score of professional values of nurses was 100.7±14.36 points,the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that professional self-concept of nurses,the degree of conformity between nursing and professional interest and the degree of family support to work were the influencing factors of clinical nurses'professional values(P<0.05).Conclusion The professional values situation of nurses were in the middle level.Nursing managers should strengthen the guidance of influencing factors,improve the level of professional self-concept and professional values of nurses,stabilize the nursing staffand provide guarantee for the improvement of nursing quality.
