局部应用派丽奥辅助治疗逆行性牙髓炎的效果及对患者牙周状况、炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的评价局部应用盐酸米诺环素软膏(商品名:派丽奥)辅助治疗逆行性牙髓炎的效果及对患者牙周状况、炎性因子的影响。方法94例逆行性牙髓炎患者,以随机数字表法分为参照组及研究组,各47例。参照组患者给予牙周基础治疗,研究组患者给予局部派力奥辅助牙周基础治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的牙周状况及炎性因子水平,临床疗效。结果治疗8周后,两组患者的探诊深度、出血指数、白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-8水平均低于本组治疗前,且研究组患者的探诊深度(4.25±1.46)mm、出血指数(2.05±0.34)分、IL-2(0.23±0.05)ng/L、IL-8(0.32±0.08)ng/L均低于参照组的(5.47±1.35)mm、(3.31±0.45)分、(0.49±0.11)ng/L、(0.50±0.11)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,研究组患者的临床总有效率95.74%高于参照组的76.60%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部应用派丽奥辅助治疗逆行性牙髓炎的效果可靠,能够改善牙周状况、抑制炎性因子释放。Objective To evaluate the effect of topical application of(Palio)as an adjuvant treatment of retrograde pulpitis and its effect on patients’periodontal condition and inflammatory factors.Methods 94 patients with retrograde pulpitis were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 47 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were provided with basic periodontal treatment,while patients in the study group were locally treated with Palio as an adjuvant treatment to the basic periodontal treatment.Periodontal condition and inflammatory factor levels before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups,so that the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the probing depth,bleeding index,levels of interleukin (IL)-2 and IL-8 of each group were lower than those before treatment. The study group had a probing depth of (4.25±1.46) mm, a bleeding index of (2.05±0.34), a level of IL-2 of (0.23±0.05) ng/L and a level of IL-8 of (0.32±0.08) ng/L, which of were lower than (5.47±1.35) mm, (3.31±0.45), (0.49±0.11) ng/L and (0.50±0.11) ng/L of the control group, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Local application of Palio as an adjuvant treatment of retrograde pulpitis can achieve reliable therapeutic effects, resulting in an improvement in the periodontal condition and an inhibition of the release of inflammatory factors.
