摘　　要：腹腔镜的出现代表着外科手术模式从传统开放手术向微创手术的演变,而机器人手术进一步推动了这种模式进入更高的层次。机器人手术系统是一种智能化手术平台,是微创外科领域的一项具有里程碑意义的革命技术,它具有良好的三维立体成像、精准的运动操作控制和震颤过滤防抖等优势。机器人手术已经被安全、成功地运用于泌尿外科的多种手术中。本文对机器人手术系统在泌尿外科的应用现状及展望展开综述。Laparoscopy has led a revolution in surgery,representing the evolution of surgical mode from traditional open surgery to minimally invasive surgery.While the introduction of robotic surgery system made a further step in the evolution of surgery.Robotic surgical system is a kind of intelligent surgical platform and a milestone revolutionary technology.With three-dimensional visualized surgical field,fine operating system and good tremor filtering,it allows surgeons to perform complex surgical procedures.Now robotic surgery has evolved safely and successfully in urinary surgery.This article briefly reviews the current status and development of the application of the robotics in urology.
