晋江市生物多样性保护规划及保育对策

摘　　要：为促进晋江市生物多样性的保护和发展,运用景观生态学原理和方法,针对晋江市生物多样性保护规划及措施进行探讨研究,对晋江市生物多样性总体现状进行分析,指出晋江市生物多样性存在问题,并基于“全市一城”的规划理念,提出规划原则,目标和“三廊、三湾、四楔、五区、多带、多斑块”的生物多样性空间结构总体布局,同时从多方位多角度提出具体保育措施,以期形成城乡一体化的生物多样性保护体系.In order to promote the protection and development of Jinjiang′s biodiversity the principles and methods of landscape ecology are discussed,in-depth research is done on the biodiversity conservation planning of Jinjiang City.The paper analyzes the overall status of Jinjiang′s biodiversity and pointed out the problems.Based on the planning concept of“one city in the whole”,the planning principles,goals and the overall layout of the biological diversity spatial structure of“three corridors,three bays,four wedges,five districts,multiple zones,and multiple patches”are put forward;and specific conservation measures are proposed from multiple perspectives,which would form an integrated urban-rural biodiversity protection system.
