区块链审计人才的培养困境与应对策略

摘　　要：区块链技术正在颠覆传统审计模式,不仅影响审计人员的职责能力,也对其人才培养提出了新要求。当前区块链审计人才培养面临学科与师资滞后、政策与环境滞后等现实困境,需转变传统人才培养思路,从专业培养向交叉培养转型、从单一培养向联合培养转型、从层级进阶培养向模块链接培养转型,多维推进创新人才培养制度、多重优化改革审计课程设置、多元协同夯实人才培养软硬件基础。Blockchain technology is subverting the traditional audit model,which not only affects the responsibility and ability of auditors,but also puts forward new requirements for its talent training.Current block chain audit talents training is facing problems such as discipline and teachers lag,policy and environment lag.So,we need to change the traditional talents training ideas,from professional training to cross training,from single training to joint training,from hierarchical training to module link training,thus to promote and innovate talents training system multidimensionally,to improve and reform audit curriculum arrangements and talents training hardware and software foundation.
