“新文科”背景下新闻出版应用型人才“部—校—媒”协同育人路径探析——以吉林工程技术师范学院为例

摘　　要：新文科建设是新时代高等教育的重大战略部署。新闻出版应用型人才培养需要应对时代和产业变局,准确识变,把握培养新要求;主动应变,分析现状谋思路;积极求变,探索协同育人新路径:做好人才培养顶层设计,明确协同主体职责;健全育人驱动机制,激发主体协同动能;找准建设重点,夯实协同成效。The construction of new liberal arts is a major strategic deployment of higher education in the new era.The training of Applied Talents in press and publication needs to deal with the changes of the times and industry,accurately recognize the changes and grasp the new requirements of training;Active response,analyze the current situation and seek ideas;Actively seek change and explore a new path of collaborative education:do a good job in the top-level design of talent training and clarify the responsibilities of collaborative subjects;Improve the driving mechanism of education and stimulate the main body's collaborative kinetic energy;Identify construction priorities and consolidate synergy.
