摘 要:试验研究破除刺果甘草(Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim.)种子休眠的方法,分析种子发芽指标及幼苗生长的指标,探究浓硫酸对破除刺果甘草种子休眠的影响。试验挑选450粒种子,分为5个处理组,每个处理组3个重复,观察浓硫酸处理后0~96 h播种的变化。结果表明,通过浓硫酸处理的刺果甘草在24、48 h后播种有利于刺果甘草种子发芽生长,其发芽率96.66%,发芽势97%;24 h后播种组的叶宽、株高、地下部鲜重均高于其他处理组。综合分析,刺果甘草在浓硫酸处理后24 h播种最佳。In order to study the method of breaking the dormancy of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim.seeds,the five indexes of seed germination and seedling growth were analyzed to explore the effect of concentrated sulfuric acid on breaking dormancy of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim.seeds.450 seeds were divided into five treatment groups,with three replicates in each treatment group.The change of seeds sown 0~96 h after being concentrated sulfuric acid treatment were observed.The results showed that the seeds of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim.seeds treated with concentrated sulfuric acid after 24 and 48 h were propitious to germination and growth,the germination rate was 96.66%,and the germination potential was 97%.The leaf width,plant height and under ground fresh weight of after 24 h was better than that of other treatments.Based on the comprehensive analysis,concentrated sulfuric acid treatment after 24 h of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim.seeds sowing is the best time.
