摘 要:目的:评价牙科显微镜对上颌第一磨牙近中颊根第二根管(MB2)临床检出率的影响。方法:选取上颌第一磨牙根尖周炎或牙髓炎患者156例,分别在常规肉眼和牙科显微镜下进行上颌第一磨牙MB2根管的探查,比较两者检出率的差异。结果:在肉眼和牙科显微镜下,MB2的检出率分别为31.4%和77.6%,牙科显微镜检出率高,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙科显微镜可显著提高上颌第一磨牙MB2根管的临床检出率,其应用对根管定位和探查具有重要临床意义。Objective:To evaluate the effect of dental microscope on the detection rate of the second mesiobuccal root canal(MB2)in maxillary first molars.Methods:156 patients with apical periodontitis or pulpitis of maxillary first molars were selected.The MB2 root canals of maxillary first molars were explored under the conventional naked eye and dental microscope respectively,and the difference of detection rate between them was compared.Results:Under the naked eye and dental microscope,the detection rate of MB2 was 31.4%and 77.6%,respectively.The detection rate of MB2 was high under dental microscope,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dental microscope can significantly improve the clinical detection rate of MB2 root canal in maxillary first molar,and its application has important clinical significance for root canal location and exploration.
