超声骨刀与传统拔除下颌阻生智齿的手术疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的:分析超声骨刀与传统拔除下颌阻生智齿的手术疗效。方法:选2020年4月~2021年4月98例下颌阻生智齿患者进行研究,采用随机数表法分为观察组(49例,超声骨刀)与对照组(49例,传统拔除)。对比手术时间、心理健康状态和并发症。结果:观察组患者手术时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声骨刀可有效缩短患者手术治疗时间,改善患者消极心理情绪,提高对患者治疗安全性。Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasonic osteotome and traditional extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth.Methods:98 patients with impacted mandibular wisdom teeth from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(49 cases,ultrasonic osteotome)and control group(49 cases,traditional extraction).The operation time,mental health status and complications were compared.Results:The operation time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic osteotome can effectively shorten the operation time of patients,improve the negative psychological mood of patients,and improve the safety of treatment.
