摘  要:目的:探讨西门子Symbia T16型SPECT/CT的倍速骨显像在全身骨显像中的应用。方法:选取2019年4月~2020年1月在Symbia T16型SPECT/CT上常规全身骨显像有异常核素浓聚灶的患者54例,常规骨显像结束经判定符合纳入条件后立刻行显像速度×2其余显像条件不变的倍速骨显像。两次检查结束后由一位核医学技师用常规骨显像和倍速骨显像处理程序分别对两次采集的图像进行后处理,由两位中级及以上医师双盲阅片,观察两种方法对图像质量及病灶数目的影响。结果:54例全身骨显像经加做局部骨显像或断层骨显像共发现113处病灶,其中常规骨显像发现103处病灶,倍速骨显像发现107处病灶,且倍速骨显像的图像清晰度更高。结论:西门子Symbia T16型SPECT/CT的倍速骨显像可明显缩短全身骨显像的检查时间,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the application of Siemens Symbia T16 SPECT/CT in wholebody bone scan.Methods:From April 2019 to January 2020,54 patients with abnormal nuclide concentration on conventional wholebody bone scan of Symbia T16 SPECT/CT were selected.After the conventional wholebody bone scan was concluded and judged to be suitable for inclusion,the imaging speed×2 was performed immediately,and the other imaging conditions remained the same.After the two scans,a nuclear medicine technician use a routine wholebody bone imaging and double speed bone imaging to process the images respectively.Two intermediate or above physicians double-blind read the images to observe the effects of the two different processing methods on the image quality and the number of lesions.Results:A total of 113 lesions were found in 54 cases of wholebody bone scan,among which 103 lesions were found in conventional bone scan and 107 lesions were found in double speed bone scan,and the image resolution of double speed bone scan was higher.Conclusion:The double velocity SPECT/CT of Siemens Symbia T16 can significantly shorten the examination time of wholebody bone scan,and has high clinical application value.
