摘 要:以企业为主导的新型学徒制通常采取"校企双制、工学一体"的培养模式,让校企双方在培养目标、教学内容、实践技能和职业素养方面有效衔接、深度融合。从新型学徒制的成效表征来分析校企配合度、融合度、训练标准和考核成效等,可以看出,长三角区域的机械类工程训练中心的实际情况不尽理想,存在校方"一头热"而企业积极性不高、校企合作"重招式"而"轻内功"、考核体系缺位以及人才培养成效不佳等现象。应从推进机制创新,融合企业需求夯实校企合作基础;强化制度建设,依托工程训练中心深化校企人才共育内涵;坚持目标考核,实施新型学徒制人才培养模式等途径加强新型政校企共建的新型学徒制人才培养模式的构建,即融合多方需求形成统一培养考核标准,以期达到提升机械类工程训练中心育人实效的目标。The new apprenticeship system,which is dominated by enterprises,usually adopts the training mode of"school-enterprise dual system and work-study integration",so that both schools and enterprises can achieve effective link-up and deep integration in terms of training objectives,teaching contents,practical skills and professional quality.From analysis on the degree of school-enterprise cooperation and integration,training standards,assessment results and so on,it can be seen that the real situation of mechanical engineering training center in Yangtze River Delta region is far from satisfaction,and there are some problems such as less positivity of enterprises contrary to activity of schools,school-enterprise cooperation valuing forms instead of contents,lacking evaluation systems and low-quality talent-training.Hence,a new apprenticeship talent training mode shall be created jointly by government,school and enterprise in the aspects such as promoting systematic innovation to solidify the foundation for school-enterprise cooperation in consideration of corporate demands,strengthen systematic construction to deepen school-enterprise cooperation on talent-training based on mechanical engineering training centers,and hold up to goal evaluation to implement a new apprenticeship talent training mode.That is to say,it is necessary to form a unified assessment standard for training by integrating the needs of multiple parties,so as to achieve the goal of improving the talent-training effectiveness of mechanical engineering training centers.
