后疫情时代中国时政新闻报道中的委婉语研究

摘　　要：在波谲云诡的后疫情时代,国家形象的建构显得尤其重要。该文从众多官方新闻网站中选取40篇中国英文时政新闻报道,以此为语料自建语料库,并从评价理论的态度系统出发分析委婉语的语用功能,探讨对外时政新闻语篇中委婉语是何以用来建构国家形象的。研究发现,对外时政新闻中积极正面的委婉语有利于构建大国话语体系,凸显大国形象与担当,对中国提升对外话语能力具有重要意义。The construction of national image is particularly important in the turbulent post-epidemic era.This article,based on the data of 40 Chinese current affairs news reports from many official news websites,analyses the pragmatic function of euphemisms from the perspective of attitude system of evaluation theory,exploring how euphemisms are used to construct national image in the discourse of current affairs news reports.It has been found that positive euphemisms are conductive to the construction of the discourse system of the great power,highlighting the image and responsibility of the great power,which thus have important significance for China to improve its foreign discourse ability.
