摘  要:目的分析远程实践教学对超声教学质量的影响。方法选取2019年1—11月期间在院实习的影像医学与核医学专业学生51名,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组26名,对照组25名。对照组采取传统教学,观察组实施远程实践教学,对比两组学生考核分值、实践教学满意度以及主观感受评分的差异。结果观察组考核平均分值为(89.28±1.32)分,对照组考核平均分值为(86.01±0.88)分。观察组实践教学满意度平均分值为(97.83±2.17)分,对照组实践教学满意度平均分值为(93.84±1.05)分。观察组有助于理解理论知识评分、提高独立思考能力评分、提高表达交流能力评分和提高临床思维能力评分分别为(93.35±0.78)分、(94.39±0.63)分、(94.44±0.59)分和(95.13±0.66)分,对照组有助于理解理论知识评分、提高独立思考能力评分、提高表达交流能力评分和提高临床思维能力评分分别为(82.62±0.79)分、(83.57±0.75)分、(85.61±0.72)分和(86.71±0.70)分。观察组考核分值、实践教学满意度分值以及主观感受评分均高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论远程实践教学可有效提升超声教学质量,提高实践教学满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the influence of distance practical education on the quality of ultrasonic teaching.Methods 51 intern students from January 2019 to November 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,26 students in observation group and 25 students in control group.The control group adopted traditional teaching,while the observation group implemented distance practice teaching.The assessment scores,satisfaction and subjective feeling scores of the two groups of students were compared.Results The average assessment score of the observation group was(89.28±1.32)points.The average score of the control group was(86.01±0.88)points.The average score of practical teaching satisfaction in the observation group was(97.83±2.17)points.The average score of practical teaching satisfaction in the control group was(93.84±1.05)points.In the observation group,the scores of theoretical knowledge understanding,independent thinking ability,expression and communication ability and clinical thinking ability were respectively(93.35±0.78)points,(94.39±0.63)points,(94.44±0.59)points and(95.13±0.66)points.In the control group,the scores of theoretical knowledge understanding,independent thinking ability,expression and communication ability and clinical thinking ability were respectively(82.62±0.79)points,(83.57±0.75)points,(85.61±0.72)points and(86.71±0.70)points.The scores of examination,satisfaction of practice teaching and subjective feeling of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Distance practice teaching can effectively improve the quality of ultrasound teaching and improve the satisfaction of practice teaching,which is worthy of application.
