摘 要:人体运动系统解剖学一直是骨科临床教学的重点和难点,新兴的3D打印技术为骨科临床教学提供一种新途径。随着3D打印技术的快速普及和进展,越来越多的教育专家对该技术在骨科临床教学的应用价值显示出极大的兴趣,并开展了一系列的随机试验研究,证明了该技术在骨科临床教学中的应用价值。3D打印技术不仅广泛应用于骨科解剖教学,还在骨科手术操作教学中扮演重要角色,提升学员临床知识与技能的同时,增加了患者安全性,有助于缓解当前医患紧张的氛围。本文对近年来3D打印技术在骨科亚专科教学应用中的研究进展进行了分析与归纳,阐述了3D打印技术在骨科亚专科教学中的应用现状和前景,涵盖创伤教学、足踝教学、脊柱教学和骨肿瘤教学。通过分析现阶段3D打印技术在骨科教学中应用现状和存在的挑战,我们提出相应的建议和策略,以进一步提升骨科临床教学水平。Locomotor system has always been the focus and difficulty of orthopedic teaching.The emerging 3D printing technology provides a new way for orthopedic teaching.With the rapid popularization and progress of 3D printing technology,more and more education experts have shown great interest in the application value of this technology in orthopedic teaching,and have carried out a series of randomized trials,which proves the role of this technology in orthopedic teaching.3D printing technology is not only widely used in orthopedic anatomy teaching,but also plays an important role in orthopedic surgery teaching.While improving students'clinical knowledge and skills,3D printing technology increases patients’safety and helps relieve the current tension between doctors and patients.This article summarizes the research progress and expounds the application status and prospects of 3D printing technology in orthopedic sub-specialty teaching in recent years,covering trauma,foot and ankle,spine,and bone tumor teaching.By analyzing the current application status and challenges of 3D printing technology in orthopedic teaching,we put forward corresponding suggestions and strategies to further improve the level of orthopedic teaching.
