北虫草水提物对小鼠酒精性胃损伤保护作用研究

摘　　要：目的探究北虫草水提取物对酒精性胃损伤的保护作用。方法将50只昆明小鼠雌雄各半随机分为空白对照组、病理模型组、北虫草低、中、高剂量给药组。对照组采用蒸馏水灌胃;病理模型组采用35%酒精灌胃(10ml/Kg)造成急性胃损伤模型;北虫草低、中、高给药组每日分别用35%酒精灌胃(10ml/Kg),3h后分别按0.5g/Kg、1.0g/Kg、2.0g/Kg给予北虫草水提物处理。小鼠饲养14天,末次灌胃禁食不禁水后12h处死,分别检测各组小鼠胃组织中超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(Glutathione S-Transferase,GST)、乙醇脱氢酶(Alcohol Dehydrogenase,ADH)及乙醛脱氢酶(Acetaldehyde Dehydrogenase,ALDH)活性或含量。结果北虫草水提物可以增强酒精胃损伤模型小鼠胃组织的SOD,GST,ADH,ALDH活性,并降低其MDA水平,且呈现一定的浓度依赖性。结论北虫草水提取物对酒精性胃损伤有保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effect of Cordyceps militaris water extract against alcoholic gastric injury in mice and related mechanism.Methods A total of 50 mice were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,and low,medium,high dose Cordyceps militaris water extract groups.The mice in the blank control groups were given distilled water.All mice except those in the blank control group were given 35%liquor by gavage once a day(10 ml/Kg);at 3 hour after gavage with liquor,the mice in the model group and low,medium,high dose Cordyceps militaris water extract groups were given distilled water or Cordyceps militaris solution(0.5 g/Kg,1.0 g/Kg,2.0 g/Kg)by gavage for 14 days.The activity of SOD,GST,ADH,ALDH and the level of MDA in the gastric tissue of mice in each group were measured.Results Compared with model group,the low,medium,high dose Cordyceps militaris water extract groups showed the activity of SOD,GST,ADH,ALDH were increased,the level of MDA in the gastric tissue was decreased.Conclusion Cordyceps militaris water extract has a protective effect against gastric injury in mice by alcohol.
