颈动脉狭窄患者支架植入术后并发症危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的探究确诊为颈动脉狭窄的患者,行颈动脉支架植入术(CAS)治疗,常见术后并发症发生的相关危险因素,明确术后并发症与性别、年龄、糖尿病、高血压、吸烟、饮酒、既往脑梗死病史、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、胆固醇等危险因素,及NIHSS评分、MRS评分、使用的支架类型等指标的相关性。方法选取2019年9月-2021年8月在本科室经DSA确诊颈动脉狭窄行CAS手术的57例患者,将患者术后有无并发症分为术后无并发症组和术后并发症组。收集57例患者的临床资料,并进行分析。结果纳入研究的57例患者中,5例出现术后支架内再狭窄,5例出现术后血压异常,4例出现术后出血,在术后并发症的危险因素分析中,既往脑梗死病史有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论既往有脑梗死病史的颈动脉狭窄患者行CAS手术治疗后更容易产生术后并发症。Objective To explore the diagnosis of patients with carotid artery stenosis,carotid artery stent implantation(CAS)treatment,the related risk factors for common postoperative complications,postoperative complications and gender,age,diabetes,high blood pressure,smoking,drinking,history,cerebral infarction,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(ldl-c),high-density lipoprotein,cholesterol and other risk factors,and NIHSS score,MRS score,stent type used and other indicators.Methods Fifty-seven patients with carotid artery stenosis confirmed by DSA in our department from September 2019 to August 2021 and underwent CAS operation were selected.Patients with postoperative complications were divided into postoperative complication free group and postoperative complication group.The clinical data of 57 patients were collected and analyzed.Results Among the 57 patients included in the study,5 patients had post-operative restenosis,5 patients had postoperative abnormal blood pressure,and 4 patients had post-operative bleeding.Risk factors for postoperative complications analysis showed,cerebral infarction history had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with carotid artery stenosis with cerebral infarction history are more likely to have postoperative complications after CAS surgery.
