摘　　要：历史性跨越的新阶段,强化高职学生药德实践,是培养新时代高素质医药人才的必然要求,也是促进医药行业高质量发展的重要保障。因此,有效的药德实践评价显得非常重要。文章从评价要素设计、评价方法选择和评价结果运用等方面对药德实践评价进行探析,进一步修正药德实践目标,优化实践路径,完善实践评价要素和方法。In the new stage of historic leap,strengthening the practice of pharmaceutical ethics is not only an inevitable requirement for cultivating high-quality medical talents in the new era,but also an important guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry.Therefore,the effective evaluation of pharmaceutical ethics practice is more important.In this article,the evaluation of pharmaceutical ethics practice is analyzed through the design of evaluation elements,the selection of evaluation methods and the application of evaluation results,so as to revise the goal of pharmaceutical ethics practice,optimize the path of practice,and improve the evaluation elements and methods of practice.
