摘 要:针对大庆油田弱碱三元复合驱[ASP,碱剂(A)、表面活性剂(S)、聚合物(P)]采出液油水乳化严重、污水处理困难等问题,通过室内模拟乳化方法,研究了驱油剂对乳状液稳定性的影响,并利用背散射光强平均值、粒径、水相含油量和油相含水率对实验数据进行综合对比分析。结果表明:随着聚合物浓度的增加粒径变小,液滴不易聚并,乳状液的稳定性增强,聚合物浓度在800 mg/L时,乳状液的稳定性较强;当石油磺酸盐浓度为0.2%时,弱碱三元乳状液更稳定;基于正交试验分析表明,聚合物浓度对乳状液稳定性的影响最大,说明聚合物通过增大乳状液中水相黏度使乳化程度增加,油珠粒径减小,油珠之间的聚集和聚并阻力加大,增大了乳状液的稳定性。研究结果为现场判断乳状液稳定性影响因素提供借鉴。For the problems of weak base ASP[alkali agent(A),surfactant(S),polymer(P)]flooding in daqing oilfield produced fluid and the difficulty of wastewater treatment,serious oil-water emulsion,through indoor simulation emulsification method,the effects of oil displacement agent on emulsion stability was studied.The experimental data were comprehensively compared and analyzed by using the back scattering intensity average moisture content of the oil content,particle size,water phase and oil phase.The results show that the particle size decreases with the increase of polymer concentration,the droplet is difficult to polymerize,and the stability of emulsion is enhanced.When the concentration of polymer is 800 mg/L,the stability of emulsion is strong.When the concentration of petroleum sulfonate is 0.2%,the weak base ternary emulsion is more stable.Based on the orthogonal test analysis,the effect of polymer concentration on the stability of emulsion is the greatest,indicating that by increasing the viscosity of water phase in the emulsion,polymer increases the degree of emulsification,decreases the size of oil droplets,and increases the resistance of aggregation and coale-scence between oil droplets,which increases the stability of emulsion.The research results can be used for reference to determine the influencing factors of emulsion stability.
