摘　　要：目的探讨球后注射曲安奈德治疗缺血性视神经病变的效果。方法选取2019年1月至12月南康区第一人民医院收治的88例非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NAION)患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组予以颞浅动脉旁注射曲安奈德,观察组予以球后注射曲安奈德治疗。比较两组临床疗效、视力恢复情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的视力水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的视野MS水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的最佳矫正视力水平、视网膜神经纤维层厚度、眼压低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论球后注射曲安奈德治疗NAION安全可靠,可改善患者视力水平。Objective To investigate the effect of retrobulbar injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide in the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy.Methods A total of 88 non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NAION)patients who were admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Nankang District from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received Triamcinolone Acetonide injection next to the superficial temporal artery,and the observation group received Triamcinolone Acetonide injection after the ball.The clinical efficacy,visual recovery and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual acuity level before treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The visual field MS levels between the two groups of patients after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the visual field MS level of observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The best corrected visual acuity,retinal nerve fiber layer thickness,and intraocular pressure of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the intraocular pressure of observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significance in total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The retrobulbar injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide in the treatment of NAION is safe and reliable,and can improve the vision of patients.
