摘 要:烯烃厂裂解气含有部分酸性气,需要水洗除去,经过水洗后,急冷水中存在着硫、氯离子,造成急冷水系统设备的腐蚀。为解决存在的问题,开展了急冷水系统设备腐蚀和急冷水乳化原因分析及试验研究,首先采取注碱、注中和剂等调节pH值的防腐措施,防腐效果不理想。pH值是急冷水乳化的主要影响因素,pH值大于9,则急冷水极易乳化,通过注碱控制急冷水pH值可以改善急冷水的乳化现象。在此基础上,进一步采用加注化学处理剂的方法开展了试验。结果表明:添加化学处理剂SH-1、SH-2可以有效的抑制设备腐蚀。The cracked gas of olefin plant contains some acid gas,which needs to be removed by water washing.After being washed,there are acidic sulfur and chloride ions in the quench water,resulting in corrosion of quench water equipment.In order to solve the existing problems,causes analysis and experiment study on equipment corrosion and quench water emulsification were carried out in this paper.Experiments showed that the anti-corrosion effect was not obvious by injecting alkali or neutralizer to adjust pH value.The pH value was the main factor leading to emulsification of quench water,the quench water was very easy to emulsify when the pH value was above 9.The emulsification phenomenon of quench water could be improved by controlling ing pH value with alkali injection.On this basis,the experiment was further carried out by adding chemical treatment agent,the results suggested that the equipment corrosion could be inhibited effectively by addition of chemical treatment agent SH-1 and SH-2.
